The concept:
A complex regulatory and structural project in the heart of Amsterdam. The goal was to transform a single large apartment into three high-quality, self-contained residential units, maximizing the property's potential in a high-demand market.
technical engineering & management:
This project required expert navigation of the city's strict zoning and building regulations. Multiply successfully managed the entire permit process, including the Environmental Planning Permit (Omgevingsvergunning) and the specific Housing Formation Permit (Woningvormingsvergunning).
Beyond the paperwork, we oversaw the full architectural and structural separation. This involved re-engineering the utility connections (gas, water, electricity) for three independent households and ensuring all fire safety and soundproofing requirements met the latest building codes.
the result:
A seamless conversion from one to three independent homes. By managing both the complex legal hurdles and the technical execution, we delivered three turnkey apartments that are fully compliant with municipal regulations and ready for the modern rental or sales market.
